2013 was a year of many changes. I left California in search of a studio where I could work and live. For now my road trip has ended, I found myself unable to resist Santa Fe, New Mexico. I settled in the land of open sky, soft dusty browns and brilliant sunsets. My days and nights consist of painting with very few distractions.

2018, every few years I reassess my situation. After these last five years I have decided that Santa Fe no longer fits my needs. One can say the honeymoon is over. I need something more in my life than my art. Santa Fe can be a very solitary place. I miss the ocean, my family, friends and energy of California. What a challenge, California is very pricey. California will not necessarily be where i end up but a place to take a long visit.

Art has been my passion since childhood. Deficient in my new adopted language, art was my way of communicating with the world as a young student. I was shy beyond measure; art gave me a voice where I didn't have to struggle with grammar, accents or lack of vocabulary. Through the years my connection with the world has deepened through art.
